Installation proccess Stuck qstorservice

Hello there,

I am newbie here, sorry if there are any information about it in the forum, that I couldn't find in the searching area.

I just download the installation media, for QuantaStor v6, follow the installation guide for a bare metal server, and Iam stuck at qstorservice step in the installation process
The hardware is as follows:

AMD Model EPYC

Pretty Name AMD EPYC 7452 32-Core Processor

Processor Core Count 32

Processor Max Speed 3350

Equipped with 04 x 32GB RAM


I have a crash log but I dont know if I can attach it here or not.

Any help or tip is much appreciated!

Hello,

Please try and fully wipe the intended boot drive(s) before attempting the installation. What server model is this with the motherboard?

Thank you for your prompt response.

This is a DATACOM DM-SV01 server which follows the OCP standard, the CPUs are AMD, from the EPYC Rome family.
And the M2 nvme was formatted/clean before installation attempt.

Any further advise?
